Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of unfck.io and its associated services (“Service”), operated by unfck.io (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

unfck.io provides a SaaS stack audit and AI automation roadmap tool. The Service helps you analyze your software subscriptions, identify redundancies and waste, and receive prioritized recommendations. It is an advisory tool — it provides recommendations only. All decisions and actions remain yours.

unfck.io does not automatically modify, cancel, or interact with any of your software subscriptions or accounts. We have no access to your third-party tools unless you explicitly grant it.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to use most features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hi@unfck.io if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind any organization on whose behalf you use the Service.

3. Subscriptions and billing

The Starter plan is free with usage limits. Pro and Team plans are paid subscriptions billed monthly or annually. Prices are displayed at unfck.io/pricing and are inclusive of applicable VAT for EU customers.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law (including the Dutch Distance Selling Act: 14-day cooling-off period for new subscriptions).

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Existing subscribers are not affected until their next renewal after the notice period.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute Service content or outputs for commercial purposes without our permission
• Impersonate another person or organization
• Submit false, misleading, or malicious data to the Service
• Use the Service in a way that disrupts, damages, or impairs its operation

5. Your data

You own your data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of anything you submit.

We do not use your audit data to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.

6. AI-generated content

The Service uses AI (Claude by Anthropic) to generate audit analysis and roadmap recommendations. This output is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional financial, legal, or business consulting advice.

AI-generated recommendations may contain errors or omissions. You are solely responsible for verifying recommendations and for any decisions you make based on them. We are not liable for business outcomes resulting from acting on Service output.

7. Intellectual property

All rights in the Service, including its software, design, trademarks, and documentation, are owned by unfck.io or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

You retain all rights to content you submit (your stack data, company information, etc.). You grant us only the limited license described in Section 5.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate or complete. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, unfck.io is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections 5, 7, 8, 9, and 11 survive termination.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email and post the updated Terms with a new “last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
